Action Front A History Of C Battery HAC In War and Peace - Signed

 

The History of one of the Batteries of the oldest Regiment of the British Army. In WWII it served in North Africa, 1942, supporting Infantry and Armoured Regiments. Later, in Italy, the Battery saw service with the 6th Armoured Division at Cassino, on the Gustav and Hitler Lines, and in the final campaign in the Po Valley. It was reconstituted after the war as a Territorial Army unit.
