Illustrated in 96 pages of colour plates the uniforms of some of the most famous cavalry regiments and other mounted troops of Britian and the Commonwealth including the Life Guards, Horse Guards, Dragoon Guards, Hussars and Lancers. Every illustration includes the mount, of which there are 92 horses and three camels.
