Uniforms of the French Revolutionary Wars, 1789-1802
A detailed work, containg sixty four colour plates and six black and white plates with extensive supporting text describing over 150 uniforms of twenty three armies in the period 1789 to 1802, including those of less well known campaigns such as Kosciusko's revolt. It also includes a section placing the uniforms in historical context and a further section dealing with the military organisation of the period. This is an excellent reference work.
